What is not included (and where it is)
- Automatic email reminders: from Starter (€29/month).
- More staff or more than 50 clients: Starter covers up to 3 professionals and unlimited clients; Pro has no limits.
- Several locations: Pro only (€79/month).
- Removing the “Bookings powered by BookingForNow” line from what your clients see (page, appointment portal, emails and calendar event): from Starter.
- No plan includes SMS, automatic WhatsApp messages or online payments: clients pay at your premises. There is no marketplace or app to download; everything runs in the browser.
Who the free plan works for
Anyone who works alone and takes appointments: the self-employed hairdresser or barber, the physiotherapist starting out, the personal trainer, the beautician or the therapist. If you keep appointments in a notebook or on your phone and want clients to book on their own, the Free plan covers that at no cost.
If several of you keep a calendar, look at Starter or Pro. If you need clients to pay when they book, or a platform that brings you new clients, BookingForNow is not for you: it does not take online payments and has no marketplace.
When moving to Starter pays off
When no-shows start costing you money: Starter sends an automatic email reminder before each appointment. Also when a second or third professional joins, when you go past 50 clients or when you want your page without our mention.
Starter costs €29 a month or €290 a year, with no minimum term and the same 0% commission, in euros in every country. When you sign up you get a 14-day Pro trial, no card; if you do not pick a plan, the account then moves to Free on its own and nothing is deleted.

- Create your account with your email. No card needed.
- Add your services with their length and price, and set your hours and breaks.
- Go to Settings → Online booking settings and copy your link under “Share your booking page”.
- Add it to your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp replies and your Google Business Profile.
- Tap “View as a client” and make a test booking to see exactly what your clients will see.
For the first 14 days you have the Pro features; after that you stay on Free without doing anything.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free, or is it a trial?
It is a €0 plan with no end date. The trial is the first 14 days, with the Pro features: when they end, if you have not picked a plan, you move to Free without paying anything.
Is there a limit on bookings on the free plan?
No. The Free plan limits professionals (1), users (2), client records (up to 50) and locations (1), not the number of bookings.
Do reminders go out on their own?
Not on the Free plan: automatic email reminders come with Starter. On every plan you can send the WhatsApp one with one click from the calendar, but you send it yourself; there are no SMS or automatic WhatsApp messages.
Can clients pay when they book?
No. BookingForNow does not take online payments on any plan: clients book on your page and pay you at your premises, so there is no commission and no payment processor in between.
Do my clients need to download an app or sign up?
No. They book from a web link on their phone or computer: they pick a service, day and time, leave their details and get the confirmation.
