What Booksy costs in the UK, and why you might look elsewhere
Booksy is a booking platform with its own client app and marketplace, popular with barbers, hairdressers and beauty businesses. According to its UK pricing page, it costs £40 a month with all features included, and each additional team member adds £5 a month, both subject to VAT: a team of three pays £50 a month and a team of six £65, before VAT.
Its marketplace does not charge for new clients unless you turn on Boost, its promotion feature: with Boost, Booksy charges a one-off 30% of the total cost of the first visit of each client who arrives that way, with a minimum of £5. Card and mobile payments taken through Booksy carry their own processing fees.
