“Recommend BookingForNow” referral program

This English version is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

These terms govern the program through which businesses that use BookingForNow earn service time by recommending it to other businesses. Taking part is voluntary and free, and no money is involved.

1. Who can take part

Any business with an active BookingForNow account (the “referring business”). Its personal link is in Online booking settings and looks like this: https://www.bookingfornow.com/?ref=its-address. The platform’s internal accounts (testing and demo) do not take part.

2. How it works

  • You share your link with other businesses however you like. The WhatsApp button in your panel opens your own WhatsApp so you choose who to send it to: BookingForNow never sends messages on your behalf.
  • The other business (the “referred business”) signs up from your link, in the same browser visit. If it arrives some other way, or its browser has Do Not Track or GPC turned on or blocks session storage, we cannot tell that it came from you.
  • The referral is activated when the referred business receives its first online booking made by a client. Bookings made with the email of someone on its team or yours, or with the business’s own phone number, do not count.

3. What you earn

  • If you are on the Free plan or the free trial: 30 days with every trial feature (those of the Pro plan except SMS and WhatsApp, which cost money per message). If you are still in your trial, they are added at the end. When they finish, your account moves to the Free plan without losing any data, unless you choose a plan before then. You are not charged anything.
  • If you pay for a Starter or Pro plan: a credit on your subscription worth one month of your plan (one twelfth of the annual fee if you pay yearly), in your subscription’s currency. It is automatically deducted from your next invoices.
  • We let you know by email and you will see it in your panel, together with how many businesses signed up with your link and how many have been activated.
  • The referred business receives nothing extra: it gets the 14-day free trial that every new account gets.

4. Limits

  • One reward per referred business, once.
  • Up to 12 rewards per business per calendar year. Businesses activated after you have reached the maximum do not generate a reward.
  • Rewards are not money: they cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted into cash, and the credit can only be used to pay your BookingForNow subscription.

5. What is not allowed

  • Referring yourself: signing up another business with your own email, that of someone on your team or an address on your company’s domain. Free email providers (Gmail, Outlook and the like) do not count as the same domain.
  • Creating fake businesses or bookings to earn rewards, or sending your link in bulk to people who did not ask for it (spam). You are responsible for how you share your link.
  • If we detect abuse, we may cancel rewards obtained improperly and exclude the business from the program.

6. Data

For the program we only use the link the referred business signed up with and whether it has received its first online booking. The referring business only sees numbers (how many signed up, how many were activated and its rewards), never which businesses they are. More information in the privacy policy.

7. Changes and end of the program

The owner of the service (details in the legal notice) may change these terms or end the program with at least 15 days’ prior notice published on this page. Rewards already applied are kept, and businesses activated before the date of the change follow the previous terms.
