The Platform offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for managing online appointments and bookings, aimed at professionals and businesses in any sector that work by appointment. This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website available at www.bookingfornow.com and of the associated services.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Platform is free of charge, except for the cost of the internet connection. Use of certain features requires prior registration of an account. Users undertake to use the Platform diligently, lawfully and in accordance with the law, this legal notice and the service’s Terms and conditions.

Use of the Platform for unlawful purposes is prohibited, as is any action that may damage, disable, overload or impair the website or prevent other users from using it normally.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Platform (texts, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks and other elements) belongs to the owner identified above or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

The owner provides the service with reasonable diligence but does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The owner accepts no liability for damage arising from improper use of the service or for content provided by users.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable regulations.
