BookingForNow pricing: what each plan includes
Three plans at a fixed fee, with 0% commission on bookings. Every plan comes with the calendar and your online booking page; what changes is how many staff, users, clients and locations fit in, and whether reminders go out by email on their own. You start with a 14-day trial, no card needed.

The trial starts when you create your account and asks for no card. When it ends, if you have not picked a plan, your account moves to Free on its own and you are charged nothing.
Prices in euros (EUR). Applicable taxes are added to Starter and Pro, as set out in the terms and conditions.
Pricing questions
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
If you have not picked a plan, your account moves to the Free plan on its own and nothing is charged: the trial never asked for a card. Nothing is deleted. If you were using more staff or locations than Free allows, the oldest ones stay active and the rest are paused until you choose a plan that covers them. Automatic email reminders stop going out.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You pay monthly or yearly and can cancel whenever you like from Settings → Billing & subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for (you keep your plan until then), and payments already made are not refunded. If you would rather not pay at all, the Free plan does not expire.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
No, on any plan: 0% on Free as well. You pay the fixed fee of your plan (€0 on Free) and that is it, with no cap on bookings. BookingForNow does not collect booking payments on your behalf: your clients pay you at your premises, as they do today, so there is no percentage and no payment processor in between.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, from Settings → Billing & subscription in your dashboard. You choose a monthly or a yearly fee; the yearly one costs the same as 10 months, so you save 2. Amounts are in euros (EUR) and applicable taxes are added. Neither the Free plan nor the trial asks for a card.
What is the "Bookings powered by BookingForNow" line?
A discreet mention of BookingForNow in what your clients see: a line at the foot of your booking page and of the portal where they manage their appointment ("Bookings powered by BookingForNow — create yours for free"), the footer of the emails we send them ("Bookings managed with BookingForNow") and a line with a link in the appointment they add to their calendar. After each booking and in the appointment portal they also see a discreet invitation to create their own page for free. It shows on the Free plan and during the trial; Starter and Pro remove all of it.
